Payroll Clerk

Responsibilities :

• Resolve all employee payroll-related issues.
• Uploading hours to the payroll system
• Weekly payroll
• Must know how to calculate wages and taxes, verify timesheet info.
• Export timesheets
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
• Run weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Notify the supervisor of Employee Work Anniversaries, Birthdays, and PTO.
• Maintain and upkeep personnel files.
