COMPENSATION : $23.00 - $24.00 / Hour

The Role : We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our incredible team. This position is highly relied upon by all members of the company. Organization and communication are keys to success and this individual recognizes that the fast-paced environment requires a team player mentality and the ability to work independently with results.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Manage All Things Data : Perform data entry of HR / Payroll information in our HRIS system (Paylocity)
  • Assisting Payroll Specialists and associates with pay-related inquiries, verifications of employment, and mail distribution
  • Ensure documentation is retained per legal requirements and company policy
  • Provide weekly reports to HR leadership
  • Special Projects : Deliver Payroll initiatives through completion of special projects as assigned
  • Performing any other tasks deemed necessary by supervisor.

    • WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE

  • College Degree (preferred but not required)
  • Previous HR or payroll experience (preferred but not required)
  • Previous dealership experience (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication / organization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Great work ethic and commitment to organizational success
  • Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
