Open Order Clerk
We are pleased to announce the relocation of our corporate headquarters to in Houston’s Upper Kirby neighborhood.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Open orders for new earnest money contracts, lot purchases, construction panels, base and acreage files.
- Order property tax certificates.
- Type and send Closer’s Order Summary to closing offices.
- Track subdivision information on Excel spreadsheet.
- Perform customer service duties as required.
- Track files on SoftPro system.
- Assist with proofreading, copying, mailing, and boxing for permanent storage.
- Copy, scan, email, and mail documents.
- Lift and arrange boxes (30-50 lbs.) containing files.
- From time to time must complete projects with short notice in extreme time constraints.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of clerical experience preferred.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
