Expert Support Specialist

A company is looking for a Tier 3 Expert Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Provide escalation and resolution for complex IT issues

Develop automation scripts and analytics using Power BI

Manage endpoints and perform senior-level diagnostics across systems and applications

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Microsoft Certified : Power Platform (Power BI Data Analyst)

Microsoft Certified : Windows Server / Active Directory

ITIL Intermediate or Expert Certification

CompTIA Security+ or CASP+ certification
