What the Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper will do :
Accounts payable and accounts receivable.Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties- scheduling, greeting, transferring phones, data entry, etc.Month end close assistance.Posting journal entries and bank reconciliations for multiple entities.What the company needs in a Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper :
3 + years full charge bookkeeping, receptionist, or administrative experience.Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's) preferred.#INNOV2025
