Administrative Manager
Location : Los Angeles, CA (Downtown & Century City offices)
Type : Full-Time, Onsite 4 days per week (subject to change)
Salary Range : $106,000 – $153,000 base
About the Opportunity
Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is seeking two Administrative Managers to lead operations across their Los Angeles offices. These high-impact roles will report directly to the Director of Business Operations and are designed for professionals with strong law firm backgrounds and proven leadership skills.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily administrative operations for Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego offices
- Directly manage 7–10 reports and 25+ staff across the LA region, including secretaries and department assistants
- Provide indirect oversight of outsourced office services, reception, and facilities teams
- Lead initiatives in recruiting, onboarding, professional development, and training for legal support teams
- Coordinate local events, community outreach, and budget monitoring activities
- Collaborate with firmwide stakeholders across departments
- Travel up to once per month to regional offices
What You Bring
Minimum of 5 years of team management experience and 7+ years in law firm administrationProven ability to manage legal secretaries and professional staffExpertise in onboarding, coaching, and performance managementStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with leadershipBachelor’s degree strongly preferredTechnical Skills
