Senior Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst, Ancillary Insurance Benefits.

Key Responsibilities :

Own data collection and reconciliation efforts to ensure overall data quality

Champion processing of General Agency Letter of Assignments with carriers for data access and revenue recognition

Collaborate cross-functionally to support monthly revenue recognition efforts and conduct research for internal business operations

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or higher

3+ years' experience in an operations role, preferably with employee benefits products and services

Impeccable organizational skills

Self-starter who excels with minimal oversight

Data-driven and analytical mindset
