About You :

As NinjaTrader's first Product Insights Analyst, you will lay the foundation for the data culture within our Product team.

Directly identifying what data to collect, how to store it, and analyze and develop insights, you will have a far-reaching impact on our renowned products.

In this role, you will :

• Help design and execute product insights research and analytics studies specifically related to product innovation (concept screening & concept testing)
• Conduct ad hoc research projects and analytics specifically related to new and existing products (Product improvement focus groups, etc.)
• Identify and provide insights and recommendations on industry and consumer trends and competitive activities to potentially impact company strategy and business decisions.
• Work with Product Management to help improve product features through a data and evidence-based approach
• Analyze and investigate potential product issues and develop well-defined hypotheses to implement possible solutions
• Through independent data analysis, discover growth opportunities for the company to improve business revenue and succeed in the modern financial services industry
• Construct surveys and gather data on customer insights to help inform decisions
• Utilize data to help NinjaTrader differentiate in their product and services offerings
• Understand Operations, Sales, and Marketing KPIs to help drive product solutions
• Provide support to the project management and business analysis departments in an agile development environment
• Find answers to business and product questions through surveys, interviews and data and trend analysis
• Assist with communication and launch plan of developed and / or enhanced products

Key Position Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, business administration, Statistics / Mathematics, Communications, or information systems
• Experience working in Product Analytics within an application or technology-focused environment
• Experience with Data Collection technologies, such as Heap
• Experience with Data Warehouse technologies, ideally BigQuery, Snowflake
• Experience with Data Analytics and Visualization tools such as PowerBI
• Skilled in business analysis and metrics
• Experience working in a product-driven, Agile environment, including participating in Scrum ceremonies
• High attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple priority items, simultaneously
• The ability to think critically and collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and take advantage of opportunities
• Experience working in a product-driven, Agile environment, including participating in Scrum ceremonies
