The entry level Sales Support Representative is responsible for :

Actively listening to customers’ wants and needs to provide tailored solutions

Conducting in-depth product demonstrations to convey features and benefits

Meeting and exceeding sales targets alongside fellow entry level Sales Support Representatives

Tracking and recording sales metrics to ensure company and client goals are met

Answering inquiries professionally and thoroughly to ensure 100% customer satisfaction

Engaging directly with customers to build strong relationships and foster brand loyalty

Attending meetings designed for our entry level Sales Support Representatives to develop new skill sets
