Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic growth and ensure execution of the sales model to meet revenue goals
Develop and implement strategic plans, KPIs, and team goals while accurately forecasting bookings
Lead and coach the sales team, stepping in on high-value deals as needed
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in GTM benefit and software sales
3+ years in a senior sales leadership role
Experience in Enterprise Software, B2B Sales, and SaaS
Proven ability to operate a 90-day+ sales cycle at scale
Strong sales funnel management experience
