Qualifications

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree required.

Experience : Two years of financial aid experience at a higher education institution with knowledge of Title IV programs and regulations, financial aid application and delivery process, online financial aid computer programs, professional judgment and file verification. Experience with Ellucian Banner system or related financial aid technology a plus. Veteran Certifying Official and Enrollment Manager system experience preferred. Ability to perform and meet deadlines. Excellent customer service and problem solving skills with demonstrated professionalism required.
