Job Description : As a Special Needs Companion, you will have the rewarding opportunity to work one-on-one with children and young adults with diverse abilities.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Providing companionship and emotional support to our clients.
- Assisting with daily activities such as homework help, meal preparation, and recreational outings.
- Engaging in meaningful interactions and promoting socialization and independence.
Requirements :
- Previous experience working with individuals with special needs preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to adapt to the unique needs and preferences of each client.
- Must pass a background check and possess a valid driver's license (if applicable).
Schedule :
Monday-Friday : 2 : 00pm-9pm
Weekends : 7am-12am or 7am-7pm or 2pm-12am
Very flexible scheduling and opportunity for more hours
