Job Description Summary
This position is responsible for providing world-class customer service to auto insurance customers while resolving customer inquiries and procuring total loss information from insurers and vehicle owners. This is a remote position in which all onboarding and training will be conducted virtually. A desktop computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, web cam and headset will be provided. Starting wage is $18.50 per hour.This opportunity requires no selling or collections, benefits available from day one and promotional opportunities within 6 months dependent upon performance.
