Job Description :
We are seeking a Client Success Associate to join our team at HIRECLICK in Sioux Falls, SD. As a Client Success Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, helping them navigate our platform and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed.

This is a people role with heavy intra-company communications and external follow up. While past experience in supporting software or technology is preferred, it is not required. Work with our innovative HIRING software that helps small to medium sized businesses post jobs, manage applications, and streamline hiring functions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their success with our platform.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and drive customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing training and support to clients to help them maximize the value of our services.
