Senior Implementation Associate

A company is looking for a Senior Implementations Services Associate to drive customer implementation and adoption of GRC solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist and lead customer implementations end-to-end, including kickoff, process design, build, training, and rollout

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process

Support project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of implementations focused on customer value

Required Qualifications :

2+ years of experience in GRC consulting, GRC SaaS implementation, or as a GRC practitioner

Passion for SaaS applications and understanding of the Risk Cloud platform

Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively

Drive to learn and understand customer needs to communicate how Risk Cloud can assist
