A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring seamless onboarding, training, and adoption
Lead discovery meetings with key users and stakeholders to maximize product value
Analyze customer usage data to proactively address risks and drive retention strategies
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager in a SaaS company
Hands-on experience with onboarding and implementation processes of Salesforce CRM
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business or equivalent experience
Ability to work remotely across EU, IL, EST, PST time zones
Experience identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities and collaborating with Sales
