Average Day

As a Property Manager, your day will be dynamic and diverse. You will start by preparing for opening, ensuring everything is clean and in working order, the cash drawer count is correct, and conducting a property walk-through. You will assist customers to help them find the right storage solutions, handle rental agreements, process payments, and address any concerns. You will perform regular property inspections, ensure safety and security measures are in place, and participate in virtual meetings, collaborative projects, and training. The day ends with closing procedures and ensuring the property is secure. You will work five days a week (no Sundays) and be off work by 6pm.
