Job description
To support the day-to-day operations of the Accounting team, the full-time salaried Staff Accountant will manage journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis while working remotely. Key responsibilities Prepare journal entries and perform monthly account reconciliations related to cash, revenue, and accounts receivable Review and approve retail invoices, posting corresponding payments and credit memos daily Assist in cash flow forecasting and contribute to the month-end close and year-end financial statements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2+ years of experience in general accounting ERP experience, preferably with NetSuite Basic knowledge of GAAP fundamentals, including accrual accounting concepts Able to work Pacific Time Zone hours
