Description Inputting large volumes of data into databases from various sources. Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy, completeness and conformity with established procedures. Maintaining records of tasks, files, and progress. Identifying and correcting errors or referring problems to supervisors. Complying with data integrity and security policies. Retrieving and organizing data to prepare reports. Creating and managing spreadsheets with large numbers of entries. Regularly backing up and securing database information. Responding to requests to retrieve data from databases. Assisting colleagues with tasks as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in relevant field is preferred. Proven experience in data entry. Fast typing speed with accuracy (preferably around 50-60 wpm). Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, and database systems. High level of concentration and good attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to efficiently process and manage large volume of data. Ability to work independently and within a team. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
