From menu development to staff training, food safety to product management, you'll oversee it all while ensuring exceptional guest service both inside and out.

Title : Executive Chef

Salary : $93K-$105K (may be negotiable)

Location : Metro St. Louis Area

Status : Direct Hire

Essential Functions :

• Ensure consistently high-quality service for our team members and guests.
• Set and maintain guest service standards to enhance the gaming experience.
• Plan, communicate, and implement efficient operational procedures.
• Supervise inventories, estimate food costs, and manage purchasing.
• Control food costs, establish purchasing specifications, and enforce portion and waste control.
• Guide other departments in planning and executing special projects or events.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, including capital expenditures.
• Monitor staffing levels to align with budgetary goals.
• Manage escalated guest service issues with discretion and professionalism.
• Communicate important information to senior staff and other team members.
• Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to company policies.
• Uphold non-disclosure and confidentiality policies.
• Maintain positive team morale and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Work a flexible schedule as required, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• At least 6 years of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred, with 3 years of multi-outlet management.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Gaming industry experience preferred.

Work Environment :

This position primarily operates indoors under controlled temperatures, with occasional exposure to outdoor climates. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting / moving up to 100 pounds with assistance, sitting, kneeling, reaching, pulling, pushing, and repetitive movement.

Speech and vision abilities are required.
