Roles & Requirements The Senior Marketing Manager leads all marketing efforts for our digital marketing agency.
This role focuses exclusively on promoting our brand — driving awareness, generating qualified inbound leads, strengthening our positioning, and showcasing our expertise across all channels.
This person will own the full marketing funnel, develop and execute campaigns, work closely with leadership, and manage external freelancers or contractors as needed.
There are no direct people-management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Planning Build and execute the agency’s marketing strategy, calendar, and budget.
Set clear KPIs and optimize based on performance and industry trends.
Campaign Execution Lead all marketing channels :
- content, email (HubSpot), SEO, paid media, social, and events.
- Drive inbound demand and support sales with qualified leads.
- Monitor performance and maintain clean, actionable reporting.
- Content, Brand & Thought Leadership Produce high-quality content across formats and ensure a consistent brand voice.
- Partner with internal experts to create thought-leadership materials.
- Budget & Vendor Management Manage the marketing budget for maximum ROI.
- Oversee freelancers, contractors, and key marketing tools / vendors.
- Collaboration & Communication Align closely with sales and leadership on messaging and funnel health.
- Provide clear updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Continuous Improvement Analyze KPIs and competitive insights to refine strategy.
- Ensure all tactics support lead generation, brand strength, and pipeline growth.
Here is what you need to get the job done :
Proven marketing campaign experience (both creation and management) which has resulted in organizational growth Ability to be a "player-coach" – diving in to do the hands-on work when needed Willing to learn new things Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.Analytical capabilities – measure results from marketing campaigns, analyze for ROI and make adjustments Team player, collaborate positively and effectively with key stakeholders (sales, operations, etc.) A sense of humor Requirements
