VP, Partner Technology Lead
The VP, Partner Technology Lead will provide client and technology partner integration support for retail LifeStyle Merchants. Responsibilities include implementation and support of payment and financing solutions with clients and technology partners, coordination of post-integration client and technology partner development and / or enhancements initialed by either the client / partner or Synchrony, and the identification and implementation of process efficiencies within integration and support activities.
Essential responsibilities include managing day-to-day integration and support activities, leading the planning and execution of production support, driving identification and implementation of opportunities to optimize support processes, creating standard operating procedures for internal support team activities, partnering with various internal business functions, interfacing directly with 3rd party client and technology partners, leveraging and analyzing integration and support data, ensuring compliance against all applicable Synchrony policies and procedures, and performing other duties and / or managing special projects.
Qualifications / requirements include a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of Information Technology experience, or in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology. Desired characteristics include understanding of business-to-consumer point of sale processing, strong knowledge and working experience with application programming interfaces, client relationship management experience, experience and knowledge of Agile framework methodologies, developing and executing integration and support test scripts, strong oral and written communication, analytical and critical thinking skills, demonstrated ability to influence, drive change, and work effectively across all levels of an organization.
The salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $185,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge. Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
