JOB DESCRIPTION

The QA analyst will be a member ofthe Digital Commerce Operations team supporting testing emailmarketing and transactional content.

This team member works closely with the emailproducers in performing peer reviews of content builds renderchecks routing proofs and defining test scenarios.

The ideal candidate is anexperienced opinionated QA analyst who is detail oriented processfocused with a love for email.

Responsibilities :

Check proofs against wireframes and assettracker to ensure appropriate business requirements are met

Check email clientrendering as defined by agreed upon support list

Check Movable Ink &Salesforce Marketing Cloud technical setup aligns with marketingstrategy

Define andreview test cases for dynamic email experiences in testing

Raise documenttriage defects alongside producers utilizing QA tracking documents

Define testingrequirements and scope for daily marketing deployments

Ongoing research and testingrecommendations based off of email client market share againstemail list open rates

Maintain and route email proof workflows to crossfunctional partners for approval

Work with Coordinator to optimize QA workflowprocess and tooling

Plan execute production test activities to validatetriggered / transactional emails and template updates in marketingdeployments immediately following a production release

Participate in requirementgathering

Contributefeedback and QA estimation sizing

Assist UAT Business Partner needs / testingduring facilitation of final User Acceptance Testing

Report overall test prep andexecution progress metrics / data to the Comm Ops Manager

Drive continuouslearning and improvement from the testing perspective

Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications :

2 yearsholding a QA Analyst Role with a focus on ecommerce user experiencewebsite testing

Experience testing mobile apps digital websites ormarketing / transactional emails

Experienced facilitating / supporting UAT QA test phasessuch as integration system testing etc

Experienced in thirdparty applicationsincluding but not limited to Jira Confluence TestRail or other testmanagement tools (e.

g. ALM Quality Center TFS VSTS)

Experienced in setting up andexecuting test plans supporting integration testing regressiontesting system testing user acceptance testing

Has expertise in mapping testcases to corresponding requirements and building out a requirementmatrix

Experiencedin thirdparty applications including but not limited to JiraConfluence or other test management tools (e.g. ALM Quality CenterTFS VSTS)

Able totake and execute based on QA Lead feedback / guidance provided

Experienced inworking with third party vendors and testing third partyapplications

Possesses a strong level of attention to detail

Experienced insupporting and contributing to test scope identification testrequirements management test case development test scheduling anddefect management activities

Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skillswith IT and Business audiences.

Excels at working in a project environment and oncrossfunctional and geographically dispersed teams

Consistently delivers daytodayassignments with a high level of quality and attention to detail

Independentlydevelops key deliverables without supervisor oversight

Bachelors degree in IT orequivalent experience

Automation experience desired but not required
