5MT (metric ton) per year capacity in partnership with our international manufacturing partner in Chiba, Japan. We need a talented, ambitious, and determined professional who can lead production ramp-up to 2MT and 5MT in 2025 and 2026, respectively, and manage post-ramp manufacturing while introducing of new products for an international production line.
Position Description : This is a pivotal technology leadership role. You will oversee the production ramp up flow for existing product as well as define, design, and manage the transfer of SOPs (standard operating procedures) from Pittsburgh pilot line to our international manufacturing partner for the future product releases.
Responsibilities include defining machinery requirements, developing and maintaining a cost-effective, reliable production process, and ensuring Arieca meets safety and quality standards.
The role involves coordination with international production partners, requiring regular phone calls and periodic travel to Asia.
You will be the primary point of contact regarding manufacturing issues. You will be the primary point of responsibility in achieving buy-in from multiple stakeholders, as well as achieving manufacturing capacity and cost targets.

Ability to forecast budget and justify ROI of equipment purchases Minimum of 10-years’ experience in production related industrial work Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar MBA, CAPM / PMP certification, and fluency in Japanese or Korean are advantageous Powered by JazzHR
