Operations Strategy Senior Associate

As part of the Operations Strategy team you are expected to help companies identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to their strategic and operating success. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are expected to focus on operations strategy, supply chain strategy, and performance improvement, while building meaningful client connections and navigating complexity.

Responsibilities include identifying and resolving complex strategic issues, improving supply chain and operational performance, analyzing and solving complex problems, mentoring and guiding junior team members, maintaining exceptional standards in deliverables, building meaningful client connections, navigating and managing complex scenarios, and focusing on operations strategy.

What you must have includes a bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience. What sets you apart is a master's degree preferred, identifying and resolving complex strategic issues, knowledge in operations strategy and supply chain management, developing insights and providing recommendations, building collaborative relationships with team members, planning and delivering on operations tasks, conducting independent analyzes and delivering quality results, developing conclusions and writing reports, conducting quantitative analyzes with Excel or Access.

The salary range for this position is : $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
