A company is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join their remote team in New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll processing for assigned non-union and some union clients while providing high-quality service
Review and calculate client timecards, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and union regulations
Compile and review payroll reports and invoices for client approval, and assist with payroll releases and administrative duties
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in payroll or production accounting
Knowledge of entertainment union contracts is a plus
Experience in the Film / TV industry is a plus
Ability to manage high-volume work with competing priorities under pressure
Must be a current, valid, and permanent resident of New Jersey
