About The Role

You'll lead our Front Desk crew to deliver the Ultimate Fitness Experience to every member, every time. From warm welcomes to smooth operations, you'll coach a high-energy team that turns first impressions into lifelong fans.

What You'll Do

• Inspire, coach, and mentor Front Desk Associates to exceed service and sales goals.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and grow an all-star front-of-house team.
• Run the playbook : implement all Front Desk SOPs with consistency and care.
• Keep operations crispcleanliness, organization, and teammate relations on point.
• Lead new-hire development, ongoing coaching, and regular team huddles.
• Share club updates so the desk team is always in the know.
• Oversee POS activity and ensure accurate, complete transactions.
• Build schedules, track time & attendance, and verify / approve payroll bi-monthly.
• Track inventory, restock essentials, and optimize ordering systems.
• Promote pro shop items, drinks, and supplements with friendly product know-how.
• Support day-to-day club operations and serve as Manager On Duty as needed.
• Follow all facility, service, program, and emergency procedures.
