A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Technical Sales Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Build the enablement function, including operating cadence, curriculum, and certification framework
Lead the Sales Kickoff (SKO) by partnering with executives to establish agenda and reinforcement strategies
Develop technical storytelling content and provide field coaching to enhance sales performance
Required Qualifications
10+ years in sales enablement, preferably in B2B infrastructure / SaaS targeting developers / IT / security
Experience building enablement functions with measurable impact in complex environments
Deep understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Command, or Challenger
Technical fluency in streaming / media, networking, or security
Proven ability to create enablement tools like ROI / TCO models and demo scripts
