Responsibilities :
- Manage complex daily scheduling, inbox, and calendar coordination
- Serve as a trusted partner, anticipating needs and ensuring priorities are seamlessly managed
- Support project management systems to enhance efficiency and organizational growth
- Draft and edit high-level communications with accuracy, discretion, and care
- Collaborate across clients, foundations, political partners, and internal teams
- Coordinate detailed point-to-point travel, ensuring smooth itineraries and real-time adjustments
- Build strong relationships with leadership and stakeholders, engaging with warmth, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset
Requirements :
7–10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadersDemonstrated loyalty and stability in previous rolesStrong judgment, tact, and discretionExceptional organizational and prioritization skillsAdvanced technical skills and highly proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, AI tools, etc.Proven success creating and maintaining systems in dynamic environmentsProfessional, resilient, and highly collaborative approachBachelor’s degree preferredDetails :
