Your Contribution : Lead proposal development and production, ensuring accuracy and consistency Write and edit non-technical text for proposals Conduct peer QA / QC reviews for proposals Collaborate with firm leadership and marketing team members Coordinate various marketing content and ensure client-specificity Participate in opportunity identification and tracking activities Assist with general marketing duties and CRM database management Coordinate trade shows, events, and qualification packages Your Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, Communications, or related field Proposal development & coordination experience preferred Experience in Architecture or construction firms or consulting Proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), MS Office, and Bluebeam Revu Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented focus Exceptional organizational, writing, and communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Innovative problem-solving skills and a passion for professional development Benefits : Annual salary range $40,000 - $57,000 Medical, dental, vision insurance Paid time off Retirement plans Professional development opportunities Equal opportunity employer Powered by JazzHR
