Client is a respected and growing general contractor based in Atlanta, specializing in ground-up construction across a wide range of sectors, including hospitality, municipal, higher education, MOB, MF, and light industrial construction. As they continue to grow, they are looking for an experienced Project Executive (PX) to lead and build out their healthcare division.

Job Description

Lead the development of healthcare division and projects

Collaborate with senior leadership to establish a strategic plan for the healthcare division, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.

Oversee project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from preconstruction to project close-out.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations.

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts, identifying risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare clients, stakeholders, and business development teams to support the growth of the healthcare division.

Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the healthcare team.

Mentor and develop the next generation of leaders within the healthcare division.

Stay current on healthcare construction trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and project success.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

10+ years of experience in commercial construction with a focus on healthcare projects and leading a team.

Proven experience in a leadership role with a strong track record of delivering complex healthcare construction projects successfully.

Knowledge of healthcare construction requirements, codes, and regulations.

Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiation, and resource allocation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Ability to think strategically and execute effectively, with a strong focus on delivering results.

Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
