Nexeo HR is hiring a dependable Laborer to join a respected restoration company in St. George, UT. This full-time opportunity is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on, physical work and take pride in doing the job right. As a Laborer, youll assist with restoration and cleanup projects, support technicians on job sites, and help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Responsibilities

Assist with restoration and cleanup projects, including demolition, debris removal, and material handling

Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively

Support technicians and project managers with job site setup and cleanup

Follow detailed instructions and maintain clear communication with team members

Ensure tools, vehicles, and work areas are organized and maintained in good condition

Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours or emergency projects

Qualifications

Previous experience in restoration, construction, or general labor preferred

Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy materials throughout the day

Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment

Excellent listening skills and ability to follow directions precisely

Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to work in various environments (indoor / outdoor, water / fire restoration, etc.)

Must be available for on-call rotation as assigned

Pay

$17.00 $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift

Day Shift | Monday Friday | 9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM | Rotating On-Call Schedule
