Technology and Data - Technology Operations Analyst 2 - Contingent

In this contingent resource assignment, you may participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Technology Operations. You will review and analyze basic or tactical Technology Operations assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. You will present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Additionally, you will provide information to client personnel in Technology Operations.

Location : Phoenix, AZ

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support the imaging of Windows 10 and Windows 11 laptops, desktops, and tablets for the enterprise.
• Work in a daily production environment accountable for completing several tickets daily, often 40-80 per day.
• Must be onsite 5 days a week, often spending 8 hours a day on your feet with the ability to lift and carry 20LB boxes.
