Oem Account Coordinator
Eaton's ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking an OEM Account Coordinator. This is a hybrid position and candidates for this role must reside within 50 miles of our Arden, NC location to be considered. The expected annual salary range for this role is $67,500.00 - $99,000.00 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Position Overview
This role serves as the main commercial support contact for OEM sales engineers and customers, managing key OEM orders and acting as a liaison between various stakeholders. Responsibilities include optimizing processes, supporting projects, onboarding new employees and coordinating process improvements. This position handles order management for strategic OEMs, ensures excellent customer service, leads process improvements, conducts training and manages information flow within a fast-paced environment. It also requires conflict resolution, collaboration with finance, training peers and customers and supporting system integration and efficiency initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and adaptable, able to handle multiple priorities and maintain professionalism. The position requires a hybrid work schedule and occasional travel.
