Job Title : Customer Service Representative Healthcare Support

Shift : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM
Pay Rate : $23$25 per hour (W2)

Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with a background in healthcare or hospital operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication timekeeping and problem-solving skills while providing responsive and professional support to patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
Address inquiries resolve issues and provide administrative or technical support.
Assist with payroll timekeeping and related administrative processes.
Accurately document calls and follow up on open cases.
Collaborate across departments to ensure effective service and issue resolution.
Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare or administrative setting including payroll / timekeeping responsibilities.
Experience working in a hospital environment required.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Strong communication listening and problem-solving abilities.
Bilingual proficiency preferred (English another language).
Education :
High School Diploma or GED required.
