Required Skills :
Proficient in troubleshooting Windows 10 OS and Windows 11OS.
Experience with peripheral devices troubleshootingincluding printers scanners and Apple mobile devices.
Ability to provide telephone support for networking or connectivityissues.
Installation and minor repairs to hardwaresoftware or peripheral equipment.
Independent imagingand reimaging of equipment for deployment.
Experiencewith Microsoft Intune is preferred.
Familiarity withMicrosoft Windows Autopilot is a plus.
