Bilingual Loan Sales Consultant

In this Role, You Will :

Achieve individual and branch sales goals while exceeding customer expectations.

Build and nurture relationships with customers throughout the loan process and life cycle.

Present tailored financial solutions that align with customers’ goals.

Offer optional insurance products to customers.

Educate customers on their loan’s terms and conditions for enhanced understanding.

Learn credit underwriting techniques and utilize effective sales tools.

Manage the complete loan life cycle, including collections activities, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements :

High School Diploma / GED.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.

Schedule :

This position operates onsite, Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week and potential Saturday shifts.
