Bilingual Customer Support Specialist
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for being a working leader in providing information and services to all customers for any traffic violations.
Essential responsibilities include reviewing traffic violations, processing payments, maintaining working knowledge of customer rules and regulations, ensuring work is completed in accordance with local rules, and providing a one stop resolution to customer enquiries.
Responsibilities include monitoring service request workflow, assisting with processing of backlog and incoming service requests, guiding / assisting with the creation, maintenance, validation, and communication / use of Knowledge Management Materials, assisting in special assignments and projects, reviewing outgoing transactions for accuracy, providing defect completion, escalating to management as needed, assisting in root cause analysis, executing all duties with follow-through and professionalism, and working well in a team environment.
Requirements include dual language fluency in English and Spanish, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, minimum 2 years prior experience in a similar role, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products, ability to pass state background checks, capability of learning internal proprietary computer software applications, effective communication skills, personal effectiveness, creative problem solving, strategic thinking, minimum of 30 words per minute typing skills, and maintaining strict confidentiality on all matters.
Desired skills include degree level education, experience in Zendesk, and experience in SAP or other ERP / MRP database.
Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, using hands or fingers to handle objects, tools or controls, keyboarding, reaching with hands and arms, climbing stairs and ladders, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, talking and hearing.
