Global Division President

The Global Division President position with the client, an industrial manufacturing global conglomerate, involves leading a division consisting of 4 global business units in North America, Europe, and Asia. The Division President will report to the Segment President and CEO of a $1.5B segment and will be responsible for providing strategic management, direction, and leadership across all core functions. The main focus of the role will be on driving growth through acquisitions (M&A) and expanding into new markets and applications.

The successful candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or related field, with an MBA or Masters degree preferred. They should have at least 20 years of experience in industrial b2b manufacturing, with 5 years in a senior leadership role responsible for a P&L. Strong financial acumen is required, along with prior experience in M&A to identify targets and lead post-integration efforts. The Division President will be responsible for developing and executing a growth strategy for both inorganic and organic growth, focusing on high-growth and profitable market segments.

Key responsibilities for the Global Division President include developing an annual operating budget, implementing talent development and evaluation activities, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners. The ideal candidate will be able to drive operational improvements for best-in-class production and quality, while fostering a positive and collaborative leadership team culture. The Division President will need to think like an owner, maintaining a goal-oriented, entrepreneurial environment that supports both legacy and new business initiatives.
