Senior Lead Marketing Consultant

This role is responsible for developing client-centric marketing programs and content strategies for Wells Fargo's Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) businesses. Partnering closely with CIB leadership, the individual will lead the creation of differentiated, integrated campaigns and forward-looking thought leadership initiatives that deepen client engagement and elevate the firm's industry credibility. This position is available in Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; New York, NY; or Washington, DC, and offers a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will :

• Develop strategic marketing and content initiatives that elevate awareness of CIB's growth, reinforce its market position, and drive market share.
• Design and execute multi-channel thought leadership programs that bring strategic priorities to lifeboth independently and in collaboration with external agencies.
• Optimize CIB content across all platforms and channels, ensuring alignment with audience expectations and channel-specific best practices (e.g., print, digital, video, podcasts, social media, whitepapers, newsletters, webinars, and events).
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform content strategy, creative direction, and design decisions.
• Collaborate with UX designers to deliver a best-in-class user experience that boosts engagement, followership, and impressions.

Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $139,000.00 - $260,000.00
