At Barranco, we’re the leader in food & beverage equipment installation, preventive maintenance, and specialty construction for convenience stores and quick-service restaurants (QSRs). As our Business Development Representative, you’ll do more than sell — you’ll connect with national and regional C-Store and QSR operators, distributors, and strategic partners to secure multi-site service agreements and equipment installation rollouts. Your work will directly shape our ability to grow recurring revenue while strengthening long-term client partnerships.
Your Mission
- Build & Manage Pipeline : Focus on high-value C-Store and QSR accounts that align with Barranco’s expertise in beverage, food, and specialty equipment.
- Secure Recurring Revenue : Drive maintenance agreements, installation rollouts, and preventive service contracts with multi-site operators.
- Expand Partnerships : Develop relationships with end users, distributors, OEMs, and general contractors tied to C-Store and QSR markets.
What You’ll Do
Prospecting & Outreach : Target decision-makers in convenience retail, QSR chains, distributors, and equipment OEMs, qualifying opportunities that fit Barranco’s growth strategy.Multi-Site Proposals : Build proposals for installation rollouts, maintenance programs, and small-format construction projects across dozens or hundreds of sites.Market Intelligence : Track C-Store and QSR trends (e.g., beverage resets, ADA upgrades, foodservice remodels) and identify growth opportunities before competitors.Strategic Partnerships : Forge collaborations with distributors, OEMs, and key GCs to position Barranco as the go-to specialty services provider.Revenue Growth : Consistently close deals that expand Barranco’s footprint in equipment, maintenance, and construction scopes.Cross-Team Coordination : Partner with Operations, Finance, and Project Management to ensure seamless execution of client agreements.Brand Advocacy : Represent Barranco at industry trade shows, distributor events, and client meetings, reinforcing our values of reliability, respect, and service.Requirements :
