Asheville Carpentry & Maintenance is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our growing team. This is not a sales role; you'll focus on meeting with clients, assessing project needs, and preparing accurate, timely estimates.

If you enjoy working directly with clients, turning around accurate proposals quickly, and guiding homeowners through the remodeling process, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits with clients to assess project needs
• Create accurate estimates and professional proposals
• Timely turnaround of estimates, often same-day
• Use technical expertise to answer client questions
• Collaborate with project managers and crews to ensure estimates align with real-world execution
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients throughout the estimating process
