Compensation $38.00 - $45.00 / per hour

Location : 100% Remote

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced EDI Specialist to provide immediate support for electronic data interchange (EDI) operations. This is a remote contract role where you will manage integrations between the Infor M3 ERP system and external trading partners using SPS Commerce and CommerceHub . You'll work closely with IT, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure seamless data flow and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities of the EDI Specialist :

• Configure, test, and deploy EDI transactions (e.g., 850 Purchase Orders, 810 Invoices, 856 Advance Ship Notices, 846 Inventory, 940 / 945 Warehouse Ship / Confirm, 855 PO Acknowledgment).
• Monitor EDI workflows for errors, delays, and data accuracy using SPS Commerce and ZenDesk.
• Troubleshoot and resolve transmission and mapping issues , including error mitigation and validation in Rhythm or SBS systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Maintain compliance with X12, EDIFACT, and GS1 standards .
