Customer Fulfillment Representative

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Fulfillment Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming phone calls for order placement and provide customer information on product availability and delivery

Research and provide information to business-to-business customers while managing special ordering processes

Utilize multiple system platforms for tracking and responding to customer inquiries efficiently

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Self-motivated with an excellent attendance record

Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Must maintain a suitable work from home environment, free from noise / distractions

Flexibility with work schedule, available to work all shifts M-F between 8am - 6 : 30pm EST as needed
