Shift : Days, 7 : 30a-5 : 30p, 10x4, 40hrs per week
Length : 13 weeks
On Call Hours 1 day a week 5 : 30p-7a

First Time Travelers Accepted
Call-Ins : If a traveler call-ins for a contracted shift, the traveler is expected to 1) make up the day during the pay period, if a 0.
9 FTE. OR 2) if a 0.9 FTE and unable to make up during the pay period, then the shift will be added at the end of the traveler contract 3) If a 1.
2 FTE, any call-in shifts will be added to the end of the contract
Certification Requirements : BLS and ARRT
Skillset Requirement : Minimum 1 Year Experience
Skillset Preferences : PACS, C-Arm, and Contrast
Equipment Used : Siemens
Unit Information : Liver center, Y 90, MAAS, AVS, DEBS, PTC, Drain Placements
Call Requirements : On Call Hours 1 day a week 530pm-7am
