Contract Duration : 24 Months w-2 Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years' experience with Genesys Engage - On Premise Applications Must have expertise with on premise deployment of Genesys Framework / Management components, SIP Servers Resource Manager, MCP, CUCM Tservers, Universal Routing Server, Stat Server, GAX, WDE, and Callback.

• Server and networking fundamentals
• Unix / Linux
