Position Summary
Serve as receptionist and provide general administrative support for the client. Handle communications, scheduling, correspondence, supplies tracking, and office support duties while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as point of contact for phone calls, emails, and mail; ensure timely, professional communication.
- Maintain basic records of receipt, mailing dates, and required information for correspondence and packages.
- Coordinate appropriate mailing / shipping of packages and letters.
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings and appointments; greet high-level guests.
- Create and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Track inventory of office supplies and notify the admin office when replenishment is needed.
- Provide general office support including administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and customer service.
- Maintain a professional reception area.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in office software and equipment.
- High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
