We’re hiring Structure Welders to join our team in producing high-quality air cooled heat exchangers. This role is critical to ensuring welds are strong, accurate, and compliant with both customer expectations and industry standards. You’ll work with MIG pulse welding techniques, interpret technical drawings, and handle a variety of structural components including sheet metal, I-beams, and tubing. From machine setup to crane operation, this position offers hands-on variety and the chance to grow your skills in a supportive, detail-driven environment. Prior experience with air cooled heat exchangers is a plus and comes with a pay bump—but it’s not required.

✅ Requirements :

• MIG pulse welding proficiency
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience operating manlifts and cranes
• Skilled in setting up and adjusting welding machines (amperage, voltage, slope, pulse)
• Welding experience with sheet metal, I-beams, square tubing, and channels
• Minimum 1 year welding experience (air cooled heat exchanger experience is a plus)
• Comfortable occasionally welding from a ladder
• Punctuality and a great attitude
• Strong attention to detail
