• Assist attorneys in all aspects of estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters .
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives .
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on estate planning laws and regulations.
• Manage case files, maintain client records, and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals as needed.
• Assist with estate and trust funding, including asset transfers and beneficiary designations .
