The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the Jewel of the Desert since its opening on February 23, 1929. This gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration. As a Group Reservations Coordinator, you would be responsible for input and maintaining group blocks, work directly with meeting planners in regards to their room blocks and rooming lists, but not limited to, the following duties :

• Input of booking sheets and group reservations by rooming list.
• Any changes, adds, deletes or room blocking for any group reservation.
• Audit group files.
• Maintain contact with meeting planners, sales, conference services, and any other necessary departments.
• Understanding of group contracts.
• Preparing and updating pickup report for sales team and meeting planners.
• Attend all necessary meetings and pre-cons.
• Maintain close working relationships with other departments.
• Demonstrate commitment to making a conscientious effort to eliminate or reduce the risk of injury to our guests and associates, damage to our property or the property of others. Know the correct action to take in the event of an emergency and demonstrate this knowledge by acting appropriately in the event of an emergency.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday - Friday from 8 : 00am-5pm.
